Scope Of Work

½” HARD COAT STUCCO SYSTEM

1. To remove existing siding and stucco and install new ½” hard coat stucco system on front of the building.
2. Complete application of STO emerald coat waterproofing.
3. Complete installation of control joints and plaster stops “j” channels.
4. Expansion joints will be required to break big walls into small panels for easy to work with.
5. Complete installation of wire lath mesh.
6. Complete installation of scratch coat as first layer.
7. Complete installation of hard coat as second layer.
8. Complete application of synthetic stucco will be the third and final coat.
9. Complete installation of backer rod and caulking to all windows where the stucco is installed.

WONDER BOARD STUCCO SYSTEM

1. Complete installation of wonder board stucco system on the backside of the building.
2. Complete installation of two layers of felt paper #15.
3. Complete installation of ½” cement board.
4. Complete installation of base coat with fiberglass mesh embedded.
5. Complete application of synthetic stucco as final coat.
6. Complete installation of backer rod and caulking to all windows where the stucco is installed.
