Scope Of Work

4” BRICK VENEER, PRECAST AND STONE INSTALLATION

1. To install 4” brick veneer as per drawings.
2. To install precast and stone facade as per drawings.
3. To install flashing tape.
4. To install weep holes.
5. To install windowsills.
6. To wash brick.

NOTE: BRICK, STONE, MORTAR AND WINDOW SILLS WILL BE PROVIDE BY GC.

½” HARD COAT STUCCO SYSTEM

1. Complete installation of ½” hard coat stucco system for the building as per drawings.
2. Complete installation of control joints and plaster stops “j” channels.
3. Expansion joints will be requiered to break big walls into small panels for easy to work with.
4. Complete installation of wire lath mesh.
5. Complete installation of scratch coat as first layer.
6. Complete installation of hard coat as second layer.
7. Complete application of synthetic stucco will be the third and final coat.

NEW PORCELAIN WALL VENEER TILES INSTALLATION

1. To install new porcelain wall veneer tiles as per drawings.
2. To install flashing tape.
3. To install weep holes.
4. To install windowsills.

NOTE: TILES, MORTAR AND WINDOWSILLS WILL BE PROVIDE BY GC.
