Scope Of Work

HARD COAT STUCCO SYSTEM INSTALLATION

1. Complete power wash to remove all flaking and loose paint for a better bonding.
2. To set up scaffolding and mobilization.
3. Complete installation of Hard Coat Stucco System.
4. Complete installation of wire lath 2.5
5. Complete installation of scratch coat as first layer.
6. Complete installation of hard coat as second layer.
7. Expansion joints and control joints will be required to break big walls into small panels easy to work with.
8. Complete application of synthetic stucco will be the third and final coat.
9. Complete application of caulking only to all windows, where the stucco is applied only.
