Scope Of Work
475,000 square foot warehouse lighting retrofit with 55,000 square foot office build out. This tenant improvement of office space had a design-build lighting scheme designed and installed by us. The lighting was installed with low voltage switching with various overrides installed to conserve energy. We also supplemented lighting to existing scheme for a more dramatic effect. Offices and labs were wired per plans and specs and project was completed on schedule.
