Scope Of Work
Maynard Construction Services original contract provided the selective demolition work for the addition of the breakfast room. Our work list was inclusive of: masonry demolition, flat work demolition, carpet removal, wall removal, fireplace removal, partial roof removal and tile removal in an operating hotel. We ended up providing carpentry services (wood framing) to define the new area, preparing and pouring a new sidewalk, providing general labor for the hotel in moving furniture and fixtures they wanted to keep off site, providing rubber tired dumpsters and setting windows and doors.
