Scope Of Work
Maynard Construction Services was initially contracted to provide the selective demolition services for the breakfast room addition, remove the exterior concrete patio, remove the landscaping and trees. The initial scope of work was inclusive of removal of: masonry and salvaging for reuse, approximately 1,000 square foot concrete patio, removal and salvage of interior doors, carpeting, removal and salvaging of windows and removal of interior walls of an operating hotel lobby. Our scope grew to structural framing (wood), interior framing, setting doors, setting windows, forming and setting 2 concrete sidewalks, providing rubber tire dumpsters and general labor for the hotel to re-set the lobby and new addition.
