Scope Of Work
Maynard Construction Services has been working with this client since 2014 on building improvement projects and building maintenance. Some of the building improvement projects are inclusive of: flood repair work of drywall and office furniture, full community kitchen replacement, match and replace defective tile throughout, drywall work, steel stud work, furniture assembly, construction of 2 story vestibule, selective demolition of masonry walls in parking lot, outside common area improvements, trouble shooting of collapsed exterior drains. We provide regular building maintenance services for this client as well as continue to work with them on future growth on their campus.
