Scope Of Work
The client could not safely access 6 large mechanical units and other utilities for repair or service located in the 2nd level ceiling. 20 plus years of such conditions created a inundated mechanical system in dire need of attention. Dorn Engineering & Development designed a safe and code compliant upper ceiling level grating system that successfully fit into the complicated area. Structural steel beams were fabricated and installed by Mission Steel into the cmu block wall construction on a subcontractor agreement and the grating system was installed by prime contractor Dorn Engineering & Development's field crew members.
