Scope Of Work
Client had undergone failure of lot directly over and adjacent to drainage wash. Major underpinning of house was performed. The addition of a structurally sound deck was desired for viewing over the wash and into the mountains beyond. Deck comprised of concrete footer, structural steel, two stacked concrete pads, stained concrete finish, new stucco, paint, and completed pavers and turf.
