Scope Of Work
Provide and Install Large Beam Veranda's on 3rd and 4th Level of the Loew's Ventana Canyon Resort to All Top Floor Rooms. Included site delivery of large wood beams, crane lift to roof and evenly distribute loads, primer and 2-3 coats of paint prior to install, drill and anchor fasteners to block exterior, install and bolt large beams, and final paint touch up and final clean. Self Performed Project with In House Crew.
