Scope Of Work
Grades on Opposite Sides of Wall Differs. The Grade on the HomeOwners Side of Wall is Lower. Block Deterioration and Efflorescence from Moisture Seeping through from Street Side of Wall was Discovered. We Excavated Down to Footer, Cleaned Wall, and Applied a Commercial Grade Liquid Applied Waterproofing Membrane. Allowed Proper Curing Time, Backfilled, Site Cleaned, and Restored Grounds and Hardscaping to Before Construction Condition.
