Paul Calafiore's Bio
Paul has developed a strong knowledge of the operational needs of CE Electrical Contractors and the expectations of our clients with our organization. As Co-CEO, he is responsible for managing our day-to-day internal business requirements,including establishing performance goals, allocating manpower and resources,and administering standard operating procedures. Paul leverages his 15+years of industry experience to guide CEEC’s short and long-term business objectives and provide overall direction to our firm’s growth and development.His leadership ability is built upon a diverse foundation of electrical construction management and project management experience previously gained at some of the largest electrical contractors in the north east. Paul has successfully led some of the most technically complex projects in the Northeast during his career. Paul also holds an E1 for Connecticut.
Sam Elty's Bio
As CEO Sam is responsible for CEEC’s global sales and the market segment groups, and serves as the senior leader for the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions. With his 20+ years of relevant industry experience, Sam has honed an instinctive ability to understand client needs with value-management and providing every CEEC client with a cost-effective approach. Sam also act’s as Contracts Administrator and a leader for corporate development. He also holds an E2 Journeymans Licence for CT.

Carlos Gomez's Bio
Carlos years of relevant industry experience provides our clients with a technical resource to manage some of the most demanding and complex projects in the industry today. His diverse background includes design experience, large and small scale and facility maintenance. His unique combination of theoretical and practical experience provides a strong foundation for technical problem solving. In an industry where innovation and change are constant, Carlos has guided the direction of some of our most technically orientated initiatives for at CEEC by focusing on meeting our client needs. Carlos also acts as lead safety officer for CEEC and creates an in depth safety analysis for every client to meet all requirements. Carlos also holds an E2 for Connecticut. Additionally, Carlos is responsible for managing CEEC’s partial ownership of K&D Electrical Services, a Connecticut based residential electrical construction company.
Dan Garelick's Bio
Dan Leads Florida’s Pre-Construction and Estimating Team. Whether the need is for a conceptual program estimate or a detailed quantitative hard cost estimate, our clients come back time and again and specifically request Dan’s support for their most challenging project initiatives. With a diverse background in Utility Construction, Healthcare and Hospitality, Dan’s 20+ years of Industry and Management Experience provides CEEC with insights to analyze market requirements and develop effective client-centric solutions.
Debra Brown's Bio
Debra Brown is a procurement manager at CEEC. Debra is responsible for CEEC’s Procurement division and leads the company’sSourcing Group, CEEC’s Risk Management and Continuous Improvement are also under Debra’s direction. Debra joined the company in 2013 as an admin and progressed through a variety of assignments and was promoted to ProcurementManager 2016. Debra also manages Human Resources and is the liasion for CEEC’s healthcare insurance and profit sharing programs.
Mark Campochairo's Bio
Mark Campochairo joined CE ElectricalContractors in 2016 as an Operations Manager in the Ormond Beach, Florida office. With over 20 years of experience leading electrical initiatives within the construction industry, Mark possesses an invaluable and comprehensive knowledge of electrical, control, and instrumentation installations in nearly any environment. As CEEC’s Director of Operations, FL, he is responsible for providing leadership to our teams in the field to ultimately fulfill the needs of our clients and exceed their expectations. Marks familiarity with challenging project environments and his project management background make his leadership essential to our electrical division. Mark is a Licensed Master Electrician in CT & Florida and holds aOSHA 30-hour certification.
