Scope Of Work
A Premier Massage & Day Spa previously had our cameras in their former facility from 10 years ago, when moving to their new 4000+ sq ft location, they opted to upgrade to our new HD IP cameras for even better quality. We installed 16 HD IP cameras throughout the common areas of the facility to help monitor clients and employees at the facility.
They use our AVM (Advanced Video Management) system, and use the easy access to playback video to help provide further information when they run into client disputes.
In addition to the standard camera and AVM NVR recorder, we also installed a monitor in the employee breakroom area with alerts, to let employees know when customers enter the facility, so that they can deliver the level of customer service that they have become known for.
