Originally from communist Poland, Teresa moved to the USA in 1979. With no money, no English-speaking abilities, and no prior business experience, she set out to achieve financial success. Determined to make her mark in what she saw as “the land of opportunity,” Teresa spent the next several years learning, launching small businesses, growing them, and then selling them to acquire other companies at a profit.
