Scope Of Work
Ground up, three story, ninety five bed nursing home in Cumming, GA. Clarkeson Plumbing was brought in as the sub-subcontractor to assist the subcontractor with the plumbing scope of work. The subcontractor had fell behind and supplemented its own work force with many different workers, both in house and out of house. This led to installation issues which compounded the issues they were having with not meeting the schedule. When Clarkeson should up, the plumbing portion of the work was four months behind. Soon after, the plumbing subcontractor had abandoned the job and Clarkeson took their place. Clarkeson took the job from four months behind, to two month ahead of all other trades in a span of five months while continually correcting incorrect and poor craftsmanship by all previous plumbers.
