Scope Of Work
Renovation to existing cold storage facility. Removed the existing fiberglass insulation and installed new R-38 closed cell spray foam to the underside of the roof with intumescent coating. Approximately 45,000 sq ft. Installed new 4" IMP walls around the perimeter of the warehouse. Completed the schedule on time with no change orders on a very demanding timeline.
