Barnhardt Energy Partners, LLC was formed in 2011 by founding members James Quinn, Thomas Hales and Jordan Valdina; each of whom saw a clear need for comprehensive energy consulting, design and program implementation in order to make energy production more efficient and lessen our dependence on fossil fuels.
