Bernie Jenkins, Inc. is a Certified Minority Business Enterprise aggressively pursuing involvement in city, state and federal construction projects as a subcontractor, general contractor or construction manager. 

Bernie Jenkins, Inc. has a work force composed of selected foremen, superintendents experienced in the management and coordination of public work projects, augmented with skilled craftsmen from various building trades as needed.  Our personnel are familiar with specifications and requirements of state and local government agencies as well as those of the Department of Housing and Urban Development.  Our private sector construction experience includes industrial, commercial in institutional work.

Bernie Jenkins, Inc. has served a variety of clients providing engineering, inspection, subcontracting general contracting, joint venture and construction management.  This broad range of experience combined with our agency certification, enables us to efficiently and effectively manage our customers’ projects.
