Scope Of Work
Demo and Re-frame: interior of Dash-In per plan once all plumbing and electrical was deemed safe by GC. Debris generated was removed to dumpster provided by our company. Removed all ceramic flooring to concrete sub-floor. Removed/demolished gable and two existing EFIS pilasters in their entirety, back to the face of the building. Removed metal coping at top of parapet wall along face of building. Framed two new pilasters.
ACT Cloud interior: supplied and installed ACT grid and vinyl covered Gypsum at interior of cloud in front of walk-in coolers.
