Scope Of Work
Pre-Cast panel removal at heights of up to 200' to 50' Above Street Grade via hydraulic crane placed and pre-planned by ALPHA WRECKING value engineering design into building center courtyard to facilitate new elevator / building core construction.
Selective structural demolition to a 14 story building in an urban core on an active campus with active parking in the 5 ground floors of the structure. .
Interior strip-out to building structure of floors 8 - 14 with debris removal via building service elevators
Phased selective site demolition to facilitate new hardscape and civil construction
Project is being performed at a flexible schedule to accommodate the occupied facilities with flexible normal and off-hours daily work schedules with necessary MOT protocols to protect the public in a highly culturally sensitive area of the City Of Miami.
