Scope Of Work

Westroot Tavern is a new SoCal style pub located in the heart of Carmel Valley. Having worked with the owners previously on their other restaurant projects we were called in again protect and beautify the concrete throughout the dining area. Spills from food and drinks can wreak havoc on restaurant floors so it is essential to protect the surface with a coating.

Offering solutions for their flooring needs

To begin, the crew prepped by diamond grinding the existing concrete surface.  Prepping this way allows for maximum adhesion of the product. The crews followed the grinding up by patching any holes and cracks and grinding the repairs flush with the concrete. Next Westcoat’s Fast Stain was sprayed over the entire surface. Once dry, a polyurethane semi-gloss sealer was applied.

Despite working amongst other trades our crew was able to complete the job and the customer was thrilled. With top-notch service and application knowledge, we were able to meet our client’s high expectations and complete the look of his new restaurant.
