Scope Of Work
Warner Springs School
Every year the ASCC installs a community project within the United States. This year the special project was granted to Warner Springs JR/ Senior Highschool. The project focused on creating a central location for them to hold graduation ceremonies, and assemblies. Along with a ceremonial area, Life Deck was asked to find a solution for the existing sports court area, to allow the kids to play basketball and host other events.
The Existing Space and the Solution
The existing basketball court had many cracks in the concrete and faded lines, making it challenging to play on. The Life Deck team filled and patched the cracks and applied an overlay with an acrylic top coat to add a wear resistant coating. Making these changes allowed the children to better utilize the court and it added curb appeal to Warner Springs School.
