Scope Of Work
Complete renovation and waterproofing for several balconies in poor condition at large apartment complex in Los Angeles. Work included removal of balcony subfloor, installation of new main beams, additional support posts, installation of new 4x6 beams across the balcony as necessary, reinforcement of handrails, installation of metal flashing, and our DEXCELENT fire-rated 6 step system: metal lath, levelcrete, base coat, fiberglass, texture, and top coat.
