Scope Of Work
Demolish and remove approx. 50,000 SF of interior finishes at a 4-story midrise building. The property rented space to dentists, medical doctors, tax professionals, and law firms. Watkins Environmental paved the way to build a residential masterpiece called Muse with some of the best ocean views in all of San Diego. The 2 and 3-bedroom condominiums set La Jolla pricing records on a price-per-square-foot basis.
