Scope Of Work
New construction of the McGregor Veterinary Clinic project consists of a 2 Story, 9,000 square foot clinic that comprises of multiple lab rooms, a surgical area, large and small kennels and an inside dog play zone with a “VIP” animal space. Prior to constructing the clinic, an existing four bedroom house with a pool and parking area was demolished, excavated and infilled. The new veterinary clinic structure is made up of structural steel and masonry with aluminum trellises.
