John C. Attinello has spent his entire professional career, over thirty five (35) years, in the construction industry and is a member of the Builders and Remodelers Assoc. of North New Jersey (BRANNJ), New Jersey Builders Assoc. (NJBA), National Assoc. of Home Builders (NAHB), American Society of Professional Estimators (ASPE) and is Timberline, OST, Digital Canal, and PlanSwift software certified. His experience started during the summers of his high school and college years. His background includes design reviews, value engineering, and project management for both municipal and private sectors. As a business owner and licensed builder in the State of New Jersey, he has seen and been part of the changing face of residential construction. He has managed projects ranging from custom single family homes, condos, townhouses, and mid-rise developments to exclusive country clubs. His experience includes the implementation of state and federally funded rehabilitation programs and the direction of code enforcement in city governments, as well as performing project management and cost estimates for well known developers in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina areas such as Lanid, D.R. Horton, Segal & Morel, Crystal Springs, Parkwood Development and Baker Residential as well as GC's and single trade contractors.
