Scope Of Work
Furnish labor and material to construct a pre-engineered building to be 50' x 120' with a 30' canopy on the east end of the building. Includes architectural design for a construction set of documents through permit approval with meetings with county. Includes; excavation for footings, walls and piers, backfill and grading for slab, form and place concrete for structural 8" walls to be 4' above finish grade, 4" concrete slab in office area, 6" slab in shop and wash area, 120' of trench drain at center of shop, twelve (12) steel pipe bollards at door openings, concrete to have clear coat at office and restrooms per floor plan.
