Scope: Tenant interior and specialty wharehouse space with LEED Accreditation
PCG completed a 25,000 sf office/warehouse build out for GSA/government agency. Project included complete refurbishment of existing concrete slab, new warehouse racking, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing, and new finishes. Project was also awarded LEED accreditation.
