Scope Of Work

One of our latest tenant improvements projects, our team has completed a new build out for a store expansion in the Oregon market.  Completed on time and on schedule, our team worked to ensure the store was ready for staff corporate training and grand opening.

The company was founded in 2008 and originating from Seattle, Washington. They specialize providing a quality dining experience with a focus on Artisan-Style Pizzas and salads. They presently have over 90 locations throughout the US and continue to grow and expand today.

The Landmark Construction team was tasked with remodeling an existing space, for a complete build out. This included below grade to finishes. The build-out plan is based on an open concept store that incorporates a sense of spaciousness with an exposed ceiling and ductwork. This translates to refined use of materials to ensure the customer experience is always positive and inviting.

Another aspect of this open plan was the use of reclaimed wood finishes and metal finishes to balance between warm organic and modern feel. This interior design incorporates an outdoor and open dining space. To ensure the comfort of patio dining, the use of patio heaters was incorporated. This unique visual design is both colorful, modern, and yet incorporates reclaimed wood finishes for a warm organic feel.

The Landmark Construction team successfully completed this project within the client’s deadline to ensure the store and training of staff could begin on schedule.
