Celebrating his 42nd year in the construction industry, Astley G. Ferguson has provided years of expert advice as a project manager and estimator to residential and commercial clients in Jamaica, New York, and Florida. (Single family homes, upscale homes, construction of schools, hospital construction projects, residential renovation and restoration of historical areas). He has provided minority contractors assistance in affirmative action programs.
He is a graduate of New York Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Architectural Technology. He also holds an Associate Degree in Building Construction from the Commercial Trade Institute, Chicago, Illinois. He is a licensed General Contractor for the state of Florida. Currently in the process of being certified to handle lead pain issues. Astley is a 218 Licensed Insurance Agent for the state of Florida and has certification from the Life Underwriters Training Council.
In 2006, Astley formed AGF Alliance Design & Construction, Inc. where the "Spirit of Excellence, Integrity, Loyalty and Trust" is a way of life. AGF Alliance Design & Construction, Inc. is certified as Small Local Business Enterprise and as Women or Minority Business Enterprise. Certification is applicable in: General Contractor.

Astley and his wife Sonia of 44 years live in Tampa, Florida.
