Scope Of Work
This project was a $5 million dollar, 41,000 SF project completed for Fitness International, one of the largest and fastest growing club chains in the fitness industry. The Project scope consisted of a fully lined sub slab vapor mitigation system, lap pool, spa, gymnasium, racquetball courts, mezzanine and main level circuit training areas. The building framing consisted of load bearing masonry, structural steel framing with bar joists, joist girders, metal deck and a TPO membrane roofing system. The exterior walls are architectural split face and load bearing “Quik Brik”. This project was completed on a fast track schedule opening 29 weeks from foundation commencement.
