Scope Of Work
The Aloft Hotel in Raleigh, NC consisted of construction of a 77,039 SF, 5-story hotel with 144 guest rooms. Omega completed all site work and building construction on this project. The project included exterior façade consisting of EIFS veneer, wood grain and pre-finished metal wall panels, and spandrel glass panels.
The project also included elaborate guestroom millwork package, commercial breakfast and lite fare kitchen, full service bar area, dining and sitting areas, pool table, exercise room with sports flooring, large meeting spaces with exposed wood ceilings, full commercial laundry area, guest laundry area, indoor pool, two elevators, HVAC systems, electrical systems and elaborate lighting package and dimming system.
