Scope Of Work

A primary rule of business is that you won’t stay in business long if you can’t keep your doors open. A U.S. Bank location in La Brea desperately needed a complete upgrade the outside of their building. The siding on the building was beginning to rot away, which made the entire building look unattractive to prospective customers and brought up health and safety concerns as well. The bank leadership knew they needed a remodel, but they couldn’t afford to shut down their location during the project.

RESULT

Though we had to make some special accommodations, we were able to refinish the exterior of the building while the bank stayed open the entire project. By the end of the month, the project was complete, the bank looked great, and they hadn’t had to close their doors due to the remodel once.

COMMERCIAL RESTORATION FOR WATER DAMAGED APARTMENT COMPLEX

PROJECT

When a water pipe burst at a local San Diego apartment building, it damaged the siding of ten different units. The exterior of the building looked terrible, and tenants, understandably, didn’t want to live in water damaged apartments.

RESULT

>With our restoration expertise, we came in and replaced the siding of the apartments with water damage. this was an older building, the siding wasn’t readily available. We had to search near and far until we finally found matching siding in Michigan. That search was worth the extra effort. We were able to replace damaged siding with new siding that perfectly matched the rest of the building, creating a seamless look, as if no damage had ever happened. The exterior was fully restored, and the tenants and landlord were happy again!
In fact, the landlord was so happy, that we did several additional projects for this complex over the years, including refurbishing elevators in the complex, replacing driveways, and replacing the sidewalk to ensure they met ABA Accessibility Standards for people with disabilities. You know you’ve done a good job when a client keeps calling you for new projects!
