05400-Cold Formed Metal Framing
- 6” 20 gage metal stud framing at new 1 HR demising wall, stockroom wall, and fitting room ceilings
- 3-5/8” 20 gage metal stud framing for all other walls, ceilings, and soffits
- 7/8” 25 gage DWC on metal stud framing at fitting room ceilings
- Misc clips and fasteners
06100-Rough Carpentry
- ¾” FT plywood fitting room benches
- 2x FT wood framing for benches
- 2x FT blocking for toilet accessories
07210-Building Insulation
- R-11 unfaced sound batts at wall between Sales and Stock Room and at new demising wall
09250-Gypsum Board
- Drywall (5/8” Type X, typical)
- Drywall finishing (Level 4 at exposed areas, Level 1 at concealed)
- Patch drywall at new water fountains
- Beads and trims
09510-Acoustical ceilings
- 2x2 Armstrong Fissured #755 square edge tile in Prelude 15/16” grid, white
EXCLUSIONS:

CLARIFICATIONS:
- All metal stud framing is at 16” o.c.
