Scope Of Work

 

• 6” 20 gage metal stud framing at new 1 HR demising wall, stockroom wall, and fitting room ceilings
• 3-5/8” 20 gage metal stud framing for all other walls, ceilings, and soffits
• 7/8” 25 gage DWC on metal stud framing at fitting room ceilings
• Misc clips and fasteners

• ¾” FT plywood fitting room benches
• 2x FT wood framing for benches
• 2x FT blocking for toilet accessories

• R-11 unfaced sound batts at wall between Sales and Stock Room and at new demising wall

• Drywall (5/8” Type X, typical)
• Drywall finishing (Level 4 at exposed areas, Level 1 at concealed)
• Patch drywall at new water fountains
• Beads and trims

• 2x2 Armstrong Fissured #755 square edge tile in Prelude 15/16” grid, white

• Performance and Payment bonds. Add 1.5 percent if required.
• Temporary power, water and lighting. GC to provide this at no cost to United Wall Systems
• Temperature and/or humidity controls. GC to provide this at no cost to United Wall Systems
• Firecaulking, sleaving, or sealing of MEP penetrations, new or existing
• Wood blocking or backing wood or metal
• Wood nailers
• Premium or shift time except as noted herein
• Primer and/or paint
• Mold and/or air pollutant insurance coverage
• Exposed caulking
• Work at existing walls not specifically included above

• All metal stud framing is at 16” o.c.
• Where walls are exposed, drywall extends to deck above. No drywall above ceilings at restroom, office and closet.
• Deck height assumed at 22’ at highest point.
