Scope Of Work
The Whitney Condo build was originally an old historic mill that had been converted to highend condos. It is located on the edge of the Mississippi River in Downtown Minneapolis. Jepsen Inc. was contracted to; design, supply and install at structural shoring system to support timber columns. The columns had been rotting at the bases and settled up to 8 inches. Each column had 40 to 44 tons of weight coming down on it and a total weight shored and lifted of 738 tons.
