Scope Of Work
This once was the mansion where the founder of the Mayo Clinic lived. Jepsen Inc. was contracted to shore and lift one corn of the mansion. It had sunk about 8 inches over many years. The settling cause the masonry was to crumble, so shoring was required form the basement all the way to the underside of the roof.
