Scope Of Work
Having Built the original 125K sqft Court House, Danson got to work on the next phase of the court house. The 47,000 SF, four-story expansion added six courtrooms, judicial chambers, court administration offices, and clerk open office spaces. The project scope further included select tenant improvements and upgrades within the existing courthouse to improve functionality and operations. The addition complimented the character, materials, height and aesthetic of the existing courthouse.
