The Opportunity

A construction project team called on Kenseal for our technical expertise and product knowledge to assist with a new project in the heart of Boston’s Innovation District. Jeff King, Kenseal sales representative served the valued customer involved in waterproofing the new building – a 17-story office tower with a focus on sustainability, tenant efficiency and flexibility of use. The building was planned to be part of a mix of world-class office and research space, residences, retail shops, restaurants, hotels and cultural institutions. Located near the Boston harbor, the construction site posed unique specifications requiring quality waterproofing materials to protect the building.
