Scope Of Work
Maintenance existing RTU units. Furnish and install exhaust fan as specified. Furnish and install UH as specified. Furnish and install ductwork, branches and accessories. Furnish and Install supply and return grills and registers. Furnish and install volume and back draft dampers. Furnish and install smoke detectors. Furnish and install temperature and CO2 sensors. Perform system start up. Provide with Shop/as-build drawings. Perform air balancing and provide with certified report.
