Scope Of Work
Concrete Polish & Epoxy: 23,000 sqft. hone finish concrete, 1,350 sqft. General Polymers Fastop 12S epoxy flooring system with 6-inch cove base.
Our professionals were excited to work on this expansive 23,000 square feet of honed concrete for the Blaine High School cafeteria. The team took on the challenge of the client's compressed schedule spanning less than three weeks. Using our three-headed planetary grinder, a four step grind beginning at 60 grit was used to assure an even exposure of light salt and pepper aggregate. The final finish concrete was sealed with PolishGuard by Prosoco. For the 1,350 square foot kitchen area, our team installed General Polymers Fastop 12S epoxy flooring system with 6-inch cove base to provide moisture protection and a durable hardworking surface that would meet the longevity needs of our client.
