Scope Of Work
Terrazzo Restoration & Install: 120 sqft. of polished terrazzo with combination precast and cast in place radius cove.
Our professional team took on the challenge of repairing, patching and restoring this lobby for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. For the area that had been damaged from the shifting slab beneath, our team installed state of the art moisture-mitigation systems to prevent future damage to the surface finishes, then placed and polished new terrazzo flooring with particular attention to detail in matching color tones and aggregates. The final polish finish blends seamlessly producing consistent stylistic appearance.
