Scope Of Work
Concrete Polish: 64,500 sqft. 200 grit hone finish, working with the client's custom high-psi concrete mix design.
Our professionals, being experienced with polishing this high psi concrete mix design, performed a four step grind for the 64,500 square feet of main walkways and kitchens spanning 16 floors of this new office building in Bellevue. Starting at 60 grit to preserve the industrial concrete look, the final hone finish at 200 grit was sealed with two coats of Prosoco's PolishGuard, then buffed. The resulting floor finish was a durable and easy-to-maintain matte surface for the high traffic walkways designed to meet the client's needs by reducing the glare from early morning and afternoon sunlight hours.
