Scope Of Work
Concrete Stain & Polish: 288,600 total sqft. flooring; 237,000 sqft hone finish, 38,000 sqft 400 grit polish finish, 13,600 sqft Stonhard Epoxy flooring system.
Our professionals were eager to take on the challenge of this 288,600 square foot high rise Amazon tower spanning 37 floors. Working with the client's custom high-psi concrete mix design, our team performed a five step grind starting at 60 grit to preserve the industrial concrete look on the first four floors. Custom AmeriPolish stain colors were selected to highlight the geometric shapes created by decorative saw cuts. These floors were brought up to a 400 grit polish finish, then sealed and buffed. The remaining 33 floors of this downtown high rise were finished with a four step honed concrete finish, resulting in a durable and easy-to-maintain surface designed to meet the client's unique needs. For the 13,600 square feet of kitchen area, our team installed Stonhard epoxy flooring system with 6-inch cove base to provide moisture protection and a durable hardworking surface that would meet the longevity needs of our client.
