Scope Of Work
Concrete Polish: 4000 sqft. 200 grit Hone Finish, Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Platinum certification from the U.S Green Building Council.
Our clients on this project requested our expertise in concrete resurfacing as part of their initiative to create a retail space that was both beautiful and environmentally conscious. Our professionals performed a five step grind and hone for the 4000 square feet of this retail and kitchen space, aiming to flatten and repair the uneven concrete slab that experienced rain-out damage during installation. The final hone finish at 200 grit was sealed with a protective two part system using Retroplate and Retroguard. The resulting floor finish was a durable and easy-to-maintain matte surface right in line with our client’s design vision, helping to earn the space a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Platinum certification from the U.S Green Building Council.
