Scope Of Work
The Regal Stonefield is a 14 movie room theater situated near Roberts Home Medical center in Charlottesville, VA. For the project, Acousti installed suspended acoustical ceilings, metal curved ceilings, acoustical wall panels, acoustical ceiling tiles, and lay-in gypsum board ceiling tiles.
Acousti has been a close partner with EDC construction on many projects across Virginia specifically on Regal theaters. Acousti was right for the job as we were able to fulfill the architect's complex requirements on the project demanding in-depth 3D development to provide quality and dimensionally correct components. The ceilings were manufactured with extruded aluminum beams, grid systems with perimeter trims, and perforated panels. Ceilings in the lobby were compounded curved to create their concave shame. Beam suspension and perimeter trims were stretch formed to create the multiple radii required to create the unique shape of the ceilings.
