Scope Of Work
Installation of 3 large hoods in kitchen area. Had to set up a temporary kitchen to serve 3 meals a day 7 days a week for 300 people. The project was completed in 30 days. trades involved, demo, steel studs, ceiling grid system, quarry tile, fire suppression with ansul system, gas lines, electrical, mechanical, stainless steel fab, duct, fire rapping, and roofing.
