Scope Of Work
Ursinus College, located in Collegeville PA, is adding a muti-story Student Commons building. The Commons will be located at the main entrance and will incorporate the historic Keigwin Hall. It will function as the welcome center for the college and will include meeting and event space, the campus bookstore, and admission staff offices. The Commons is due to open in 2019.
EEI completed the geotechnical investigation for the construction of the proposed multi-story Student Commons building, the preservation and re-use of the existing Keigwin Hall, as well as the demolition of portions of the existing parking area and Unity Hall. EEI previously provided a complete subsurface investigation and construction quality control for Ursinus’s Berman Museum of Art addition.
