Scope Of Work
The Knitting Mills, located in Wyomissing, PA, is in the process of completing a $70 million redevelopment project. The site was previously home to the Vanity Fair Outlet Center.
On the 19-acre north side an unknown medical device company will be occupying the new, 52,500 sq. ft., one story building. This space is currently occupied by bus shelters and a parking lot. EEI completed a geotechnical investigation and is currently performing construction inspection services for the development of the site.
The former Vanity Fair Outlet Center will now be home to the new UGI Energy Headquarters, Sly Fox Brewing Company, Orthopedic Associates of Reading, Tower Health, and retail shops. EEI is currently performing construction inspection services for the site.
A new 5,000 sq. ft. Wawa is being built at the south west corner of the property. EEI completed a geotechnical investigation, environmental services, and is currently performing construction inspection services.
