Scope Of Work
This $16 million retail project located across form LaSalle University I spart of La Salle’s community revitalization plan. The center is locates along Chew Avenue between Wister Street and Church Lane. The centered is anchored by a 50,000 sauare foot Fresh Grocer supermarket. The other stores include Dunkin Donuts, Game Stop, T-Mobile, Beneficial Bank, America’s Best Eyeware and Rite-Aid Pharmacy. The center was designed to be environmentally friendly to help reduce it’s carbon footprint. EEI performed geotechnical investigations and full time construction inspection & testing for all phases of the development. We also conducted investigation and testing for stormwater infiltration.
